Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for exchange only. No refunds will be issued.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at ZenSculpt333@aol.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right through an exchange or rerun of the same product.
